If the application somehow does not start, you can try the following:

  • Try to delete helium's configuration file, helium.json, in the folder C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\Imploded Software\Helium 12.
  • If the above does not help, delete all .json files in the above folder.
  • If nothing of the above helps, delete all .json files as described above and reinstall the application

Please note that if you delete all json files, you will need to reconnect to your database after it has been started again.
