Crash on rename template edit

I tried to move my files to the network drive, therefore i started to edit this:

c:\_tagged\{{releaseyear}}\{{albumartist}} - {{album}}\{CD {cd}}\{{track(2)}} - {{artist}} - {{title}}{[{subtitle}]}{({remix})}

into this:

\\10.0.0.2\Musicsorted\{{releaseyear}}\{{albumartist}} - {{album}}\{CD {cd}}\{{track(2)}} - {{artist}} - {{title}}{[{subtitle}]}{({remix})}

When i remove the first part "c:\_tagged" and start typing "\\10." Neon stops working

If i edit the string in a texteditor and copy and paste it into neon, it works fine.

I tried the following with the most recent beta:

1) Pasted the template "c:\_tagged\{{releaseyear}}\{{albumartist}} - {{album}}\{CD {cd}}\{{track(2)}} - {{artist}} - {{title}}{[{subtitle}]}{({remix})}"

2) Moved the cursor to the start

3) Removed "c:\_tagged"

4) Started to type "\\10.0.0.2"

This worked without any crashes or such.

Did you used the most recent beta when you tested it?

Any updates on this Alex?

I'm still trying.

I tried it additionally on my laptop and the problem does not appear. I guess it's a name resolving problem.

So far, the problem is just on my pc, but this is no firewall issue. It's very hard to find out what is triggered when i start typing.

Yes, it sounds like a name resolving problem. Do you get a chance to report it via the built-in bug-tracker?

If so, please do it.

Thanks.

I deleted the both \\ in front of the path and thought... oh well this also works.

But the path contains the 10.0.0.2 a second time. See the picture attached.

I tried to send the error report, hope it worked.
