Application did not start

 Hi there !

After installing the Hardfloor release the application

did not start.

There is an windows error:

Helium doesnt work

- search online for solution ...

- close

Edit: Be sure to update to our most recent build, 14098 which contains startup related fixes.

Please try to uninstall the currently installed version, then delete all files in C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Imploded Software\Helium and perform a reinstall.


Please let us know if this worked or not.
